All sales are final. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

However, your happiness is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@thisnthatcollc.com so we can review and resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please include:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

• A screenshot or copy of your order confirmation

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are only issued in rare circumstances and only after the issue has been evaluated.

Please note that all of our products are handmade and made to order. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as small imperfections, are natural and are not considered defects. These characteristics make each piece unique.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
