At This & That Co LLC, all of our products are handmade and made to order, which requires time and care. Please read the following for shipping and processing details.

Processing Time

Turnaround time for your order may vary depending on the items purchased. Typically, processing takes 1–3 weeks, as some items require additional time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

This & That Co LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. We recommend checking with your carrier for any delivery issues.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Address Updates

• All sales are final. Refunds or returns are not available once an order has been placed.

• Cancellations or refunds may only be made before an order is shipped.

• For security reasons, we cannot change shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. If you need to correct your address, please contact us to cancel and refund the original order so that a new order can be placed with the correct information.
